What a year for the City of Bellingham! We dedicated the new Depot Market Square and welcomed a new Mayor; we approved "green" power and voters approved Greenways III; we considered new people-friendly public spaces and enhanced many wonderful places we already have. These are just a few of the city's many achievements for 2006, in addition to providing top-notch essential public services to more than 74,000 residents each and every day.
