Let loose, tone up, gain energy, and rock out with this FREE Pound fitness session! Join Kaitlyn Sacco of Mind Body & Soul Fitness for this cardio session inspired by drumming. Pound is a full body workout combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Lightly weighted drumstick, specifically made for exercising, are provided. Bring a yoga mat or borrow one of ours too. Designed for all fitness levels, this is one new, energetic, fitness class you’ll want to check out.
