Protect the Ocean for Our Birds!
September 25, 2020 , 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm
The Salish Sea School invites you to join us for our brief Informational Zoom meeting and take-part in our at-home ideas and fun projects!
Climate change is negatively affecting our local and migratory birds in many different ways including rising temperatures, sea level rise, and ocean acidification. We have some pretty magical species that rely on the Salish Sea such as puffins, murres, and terns. These birds are super sensitive to climate change but there are things you can do to make a difference!
Please join the free Zoom meeting at 5 p.m. on 9/25 by clicking here.
If you can’t make the Informational Zoom Meeting, you can still complete Option A or B below and send it to us to earn your Salish Sea School Bird ID Guide!
