Volunteer Opportunity: Make a Difference Week Work Party

October 30, 2020 , 1:00 pm 4:00 pm

Celebrate Make A Difference Day this year as a full week’s worth of volunteer opportunities at Julianna Park! We will be planting native plants to restore the newly improved areas of the park along the Horton Road extension. This will restore habitat for wildlife and beautify one of Bellingham’s newest parks.

Due to COVID-19, each work party will be limited to 10 (2 groups of 5) and RSVP’s are required. Strict COVID-19 protocols must be followed, including wearing masks and practicing physical distancing. If possible, we request participants stay for the full length of the work party.

All ages and abilities welcome! Participants under age 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Tools, gloves, hand sanitizer, and instructions are provided. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and your mask. Parking information will be emailed to registered participants.

Register early. Space is limited!
