DESCRIPTION:The Bellingham Plan will be our guide as we prepare for the future. How do you want us to address important topics\, such as housing\, transportation\, and climate resilience. Make your voice heard during our open house events.  \n\n\n\nSome of the best things about Bellingham are the result of intentional choices made by our community in the past. As we update The Bellingham Plan\, we must choose how to balance immediate concerns\, such as public safety and housing affordability with long-term goals like developing regional transportation options and adapting to climate change. This session will focus on how themes from previous discussions relate and connect with each other in an overall growth strategy for 2045. \n\n\n\nRegister Now\n\n\n\nRegistration is optional\, but when you register\, you help to ensure we provide enough food\, and ensure you receive helpful updates leading up to the event. \n\n\n\nThis event will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Squalicum High School. You can arrive any time between 5 and 6. It will start in an open-house format\, with opportunities to provide feedback and chat with staff for the first hour before transitioning into a more structured format. Around 6 p.m.\, participants will gather with staff to take part in organized conversations.
