Bellingham Police release composite sketch

Possible connection to WWU voyeurism incidents

November 03, 2017 - by Danette Beckley

Police believe the male represented in the composite sketch may be connected to the recent acts of voyeurism near Western Washington University.  Detective Howell, who is lead investigator on the cases, received some important information from an alert witness who was in the area of the 800 block of N. Garden Street on Halloween. This witness, who is familiar with the neighborhood and its residents, recognized that this person's presence and behavior, were not the norm. The physical descriptors of the person in the composite also match that of the suspect in the voyeurism cases.

If you have any information regarding the composite sketch please contact Detective Howell at (360)778-8682, or our tip line at (360)778-8611.
