Waypoint Park

This project includes developing a waterfront park along Whatcom Waterway in the vicinity of Roeder and Central Avenue.

Water Main Replacement Program (2014-2015)

The 2014-2015 Water Main Replacement project is part of an annual program to replace aging water mains that are at the end of their lifecycle and require upgrades to better provide reliable water service.
