Boulevard Park Sewer Improvements
This project will replace two aging and failing sewer pump stations at the park. These stations serve the public restrooms and the building leased to a commercial tenant.

The playground equipment at Boulevard Park is scheduled for replacement in May-June 2013.
2014 Annual Overlay Resurfacing Program
The 2014 Annual Overlay Program aims to maintain existing streets to protect the initial investment in the street and to ensure an adequate, quality driving surface for mobility and public safety.
2013 Sewer Rehabilitation
The 2013 Sewer Main Replacement Program is part of an annual program to replace, repair, and improve the Citys sewer system to extend the useful life of the existing system by 40 years or more.

Boulevard Park Shoreline Improvements
The Boulevard Park shoreline was eroding away as a result of ineffective shoreline armoring. Improvements included removing concrete rubble along the shoreline, creating sand and gravel beaches and rock revetments.
