Project Overview: ER015 & ER016 James Street and Meador Avenue are federally classified major collectors serving the surrounding neighborhoods in the middle of Bellingham. Project Overview: ER014 The State-Ellis Bridge across Whatcom Creek was a timber structure bridge supported by wooden piles located at the intersection of State and Ellis streets.
