James Street Pedestrian Enhancement
This project consists of enhancements for the pedestrian crossings at the James/Kentucky intersection and the James/Carolina intersection.

2005-2006 Sewer Main Replacement
The improvements consists of : rehabilitating roughly 11,880 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe using Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) and open cut methods, replacement of 31 manholes, and restoration of appurtenant structures effected by construction.
Whatcom Creek Trail
A three-mile trail that runs along Whatcom Creek from Maritime Heritage Park to Bloedel Donovan Park.
