Credit Card: To pay online with a credit card, enter your eight digit customer number and the last name associated with your account. This information is available in the upper right corner of your utility statement (see illustration below):



AutoPay Option: Sign up for AutoPay and have your utility bill paid automatically from your checking or savings account.

Tampering after shutoff: According to BMC 15.08.180, an authorized City employee must restore the water service once payment is received. Any service found on after it has been shut off by the City will be assessed a tampering fee.
