Meridian Sewer Main Improvements – South of I-5 to North of Van Wyck Road

Project Overview: EU184

The Meridian Sewer Main Improvements Project aims to reduce the likelihood of sanitary sewer overflows and accompanying impacts to public health and the environment by adding capacity to the sewage collection system, which is a network of pipes and pumping stations used to transfer wastewater/sewage. This project is in accordance with the City’s 2016 Wastewater Conveyance Plan.

This project includes surveying, evaluating existing facilities, developing a project design, and submitting permits in preparation for project construction, which is anticipated for 2024.
