Bellingham (WA) A December 21, 2015 Bellingham Herald article provided information about an ongoing series of peeping tom and exposing incidents in the neighborhood positioned between Western Washington University and the City Center.

Two new incidents that appear to be related to this happened on January 6th.  The first occurred in the 700 block of High Street at about 8:20 p.m. in which a college aged female was sitting in her car when a male approached the passenger side of the vehicle and exposed his genitals to her.  The second occurrence was in the 1000 block of Billy Frank Jr. Street in which a female was walking through the area when a sound drew her attention to a man standing near some bushes.  The man was looking directly at the female while he was masturbating with his genitals in full view of the woman.

In the second incident the victim described the suspect male as being in his 20's, 5'10 to 6 feet tall, thin to medium build, clean shaven, possibly brown hair and wearing a plain black T-shirt.  The male left the area on foot and a Police K9 track did not glean any results.

A detective has been assigned to investigate this series of events and a composite drawing has been prepared.

Anyone that believes that they have information that will assist us in identifying the suspect in this series of crimes is asked to call Detective Howell at 360-778-8682.
