The City of Bellingham is seeking artist(s) or artist team(s) qualified to design, fabricate, and install interior artwork associated with the phase 2 renovation of the Bellingham central library, located at 210 Central Avenue. This project will encompass the library spaces for children and teens, and is part of the City’s Percent for Arts program.
