Small and Simple Grants for 2026 are being administered by the Whatcom Community Foundation Project Neighborly program. It is a unique partnership supporting our shared values of cultivating neighborliness and connections, lifting community voices, and investing in equity, belonging and hope.
Through Project Neighborly, the City will fund 5-7 grants in 2026 to be distributed within Bellingham.
