**SPECIAL MEETING** – This meeting will be only 30 mins long and will be held in the City Council Boardroom, second floor of City Hall.
The Bellingham-Whatcom Public Facilities District meets periodically throughout the year. Meetings are generally held on the third Thursday of selected months, in the Mayor’s Boardroom, located on the 2nd floor of Bellingham City Hall. Please note elevator access to the second floor is available at City Hall’s west entrance.
