Funding available for housing, community facilities, and social services grants

The City of Bellingham Planning and Community Development Department
has released a notice of funding availability for the 2019-2020 grant cycle.
Applications are due on January 18, 2019.

The funding sources are the federal Community Development
Block Grant (CBDG) program, federal HOME Investment Partnership Program, the Bellingham
Housing Levy, and other City funds. All program activities must benefit
low-income residents within the City of Bellingham. There are four distinct
grant applications and guidelines for each program. For more information,
