Project background
The City and HomesNOW! have partnered to open a tiny home village located on City-owned property at 2140 Division Street. HomesNOW! will manage the village, and the City and other partners are contributing the initial construction and set-up costs.
We expect about 35-40 tiny homes to be available when the village opens in early 2027. The exact number will be determined as we finalize site planning.
