Bellingham’s Commute Trip Reduction Plan Update (2025-2029)

The City of Bellingham is updating its Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Plan for 2025-2029. This plan outlines strategies to reduce the number of employees driving alone to work, aiming to alleviate traffic congestion, improve air quality, and support broader land use, transportation, and environmental goals.
