Planning Commission Meeting

• Planning and Community Development Staff will present a summary of results from Phase I of The Bellingham Plan project.  Phase I of this update to the Comprehensive Plan launched in July and concluded in December 2023 and focused largely on public outreach and engagement to inform the community on the project timeline and requirements and to collect initial feedback on key issues and concerns. The presentation will highlight engagement activities and the primary topics and themes including results from Vision Survey and Housing Preference Survey reports. Upcoming engagement opportunities and the project schedule for 2024 and 2025 will also be covered.
