The City has three “Portland Loo” public restrooms throughout downtown to provide greater access to restrooms and improve sanitation in downtown Bellingham.

  • Waypoint Park – 1145 Granary Avenue
  • Corner of Railroad Avenue and Chestnut Street
  • Corner of Railroad Avenue and Magnolia Street

The Portland Loo has gender-neutral fabrication, with ample space for wheelchair users or strollers, is easy to clean and resistant to common vandalism. The open grating and interchangeable components make repairs simple and ensure a natural fresh outdoor scent.
