Commemorative Whatcom Creek Restoration Event
Jun 1 (Saturday) , 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Join the City of Bellingham, NSEA, and the Pipeline Safety Trust to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Olympic Pipeline Tragedy through story and stewardship along the banks of Whatcom Creek. Volunteers will help restore habitat and support native plant growth by removing invasive plants and spreading mulch.
All ages and abilities welcome. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Tools, gloves, and instructions are provided. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.
