Juneteenth Flag-Raising Ceremony

City and community leaders will honor and celebrate Juneteenth by raising the Juneteenth flag in the plaza in front of Bellingham City Hall in a ceremony scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Monday, June 17.
Juneteenth commemorates the ending of slavery in the United States and is a City of Bellingham holiday as well as a state and federal holiday.
