Planning Commission Meeting

Agenda: The following item(s) are anticipated to be considered at this meeting. The full agenda and meeting materials will be posted approximately two weeks in advance of the meeting. Written comments can be sent to planningcommission@cob.org.

• Public hearing for the consideration of an amendment to development standards in the Fairhaven Urban Village. The proposed amendment will increase the allowable height for the property generally located at the northwest corner of Mill Ave and 11^th Street, commonly referred to as “The Pit.” The increase in height would only be allowed with approval of a development agreement that included certain public benefits.

Registration via www.cob.org/pc is required to attend the meeting via Zoom or to provide public comment.
