Volunteer Opportunity: Community Work Party at Forest & Cedar Park – April 2026
Apr 4 (Saturday) , 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
We’ll team up with L.E.A.D. and other Western Washington University student volunteers to combat pesky invasive plants and plant some new native shrubs and trees in this wonderful park!
Parking instructions: Please plan to park in WWU’s 7G Parking Lot for this work party! You do not need to pay for parking if you are parking in parking lot 7G. We have reserved this entire parking lot for our volunteers.
All ages and abilities welcome. Participants under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Tools, gloves, and instructions are provided. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.
