Use the clues below to find all four Billy sculptures! While a prize was already awarded for the “competitive” scavenger hunt, the sculptures’ bubbly cuteness makes them well worth seeing in real life.
These sculptures, created by Uckiood artists Missy Douglas and Kim Rask, are intended to surprise and delight visitors and encourage them to explore downtown. The project is funded through our Downtown Activation and Beautification Program.

Green Billy
Two of Billy’s favorite things to do are play outside and learn new things! He especially likes to visit this location to race down the slide before climbing the stairs to learn about our local history.
Blue Billy
Billy is very civic minded! He might visit this building if he wanted to mail a letter, speak to a City employee or support a peaceful rally.
Purple Billy
Billy loves his veggies! And Bellingham farmers! You’ll find him visiting with friends, listening to music, grabbing a yummy treat and buying some fresh groceries at this iconic location.
Orange Billy
Whether Billy is creating a new work of art, building a STEAM project or immersed in his imagination, he and his family love visiting this bright and cheery location.
