Project Overview
This project repairs a slope failure below Lakeway Drive in the West Cemetery Creek ravine, building upon previous restoration work completed in this location. The goal of this project is to stabilize slopes to further mitigate sediment losses in the creek corridor.
Project Status – September 2026
Construction is expected to begin in late September and continue through October. The project will require approximately four weeks of a single-lane closure on Lakeway Drive in the westbound lane.
Funding
This project costs $300,000, including design and construction. It is funded by the City’s stormwater utility fund.
