Parks and Recreation

Supports a healthy community by providing high quality outdoor services, including 3,400 acres of park land, 71 miles of trail and 35 parks

Planning and Community Development

Regulates community growth and development to protect natural resources, enhance quality of life and promote healthy neighborhoods

Public Works

Provides neighborhoods, businesses and visitors with efficient services necessary to meet the demands of our growing community

Mayor’s Office

Mayor Seth Fleetwood has served as mayor since January 2020.

Municipal Court

Judge Debra Lev and the Bellingham Municipal Court represent the judicial branch of City government neutrally and effectively for all citizens

Transportation

The City is proud of a network of pedestrian walkways, marked bike lanes, bus system and the Safe Routes to School program

City Council

The City Council is responsible for setting public policies, adopting long-range plans, approving the budget and passing laws
