Lake Whatcom provides our drinking water, habitat for fish and wildlife, and recreational opportunities. The surrounding watershed is home to about 18,000 residents.
The Lake Whatcom Watershed spans multiple jurisdictions including the City of Bellingham, Whatcom County and the Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District.
