• A public hearing for the consideration of a rezone to amend the official zoning map and the South Neighborhood Table of Zoning regulations by creating a new subarea, Area 8A, proposed to have a Residential Single zoning designation with a 7,200 square foot density and a cluster use qualifier. Area 8A is proposed to include a single parcel that is located at 331 Chuckanut Drive N.
