Volunteer Opportunity: Community Work Party at Sehome Arboretum with WTA & WWU LEAD

Mar 25, 2023 , 9:00 am 12:00 pm

The Washington Trails Association (WTA) recently re-routed the ever-popular South Ridge Trail near the southern entrance to The Sehome Hill Arboretum. We will be helping them put the finishing touches on this important work. Join us as we work to restore trailside habitat within Bellingham’s signature stately forest in coordination with volunteers from WTA and WWU’s Learning Environment Action Discovery (LEAD) student organization!

All ages and abilities welcome. Participants under age 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Tools, gloves, and instructions are provided. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.

Additional information will be emailed to registered participants. Register early, space is limited! If you sign up, please show up!
