Public comment during meetings is currently available only to in-person attendees. In light of recent hate speech incidents across the state, the Bellingham City Council will not be offering public comment via Zoom until further notice. The in-person public comment period will continue as usual, at City Council Chambers, 210 Lottie St. Sign-up sheets will be available outside the doors of Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 PM. The City may provide an accommodation for individuals with disabilities who wish to participate in City Council’s public comment period, including virtual participation options. Please contact the Council Office at (360) 778-8200 or ccmail@cob.org to request an accommodation prior to the meeting.
