Members of the public are encouraged to register in advance. Those who register in advance will be called on first. Public hearing testimony and public comments will be accepted in person or via Zoom. Check the City Council agenda for details on how to participate in Council meetings in person or via Zoom.
Registration for Public Hearings and Public Comment Period opens the Wednesday before each scheduled City Council meeting.
