The Bellingham Police Department is pleased to announce the availability of online reporting of certain crimes to the citizens of Bellingham. Simply go to the Bellingham police department webpage www.cob.org/police, and look for the “reporting” link. Once there, you will find an online reports section with very easy to follow directions for submitting an online report. Once the online report has been submitted it will be reviewed and if approved you will receive a case number via email.
The online reporting system is for those non-emergent minor crimes which have no suspects and occurred inside of the city limits of Bellingham. Once inside the online reporting module, there is a list of crimes which can be reported and examples of each.
The police department believes this added service will make filing certain reports more accessible for some citizens.
