Samish Pavement Repair

Project overview

In September 2024, we replaced the asphalt from Bill McDonald Parkway to Lincoln Street. In July 2025, permanent striping was installed and the intersection at Samish Way, Lincoln Street, and Elwood Avenue was rechannelized to allow for more efficient vehicle and bicycle turns. A map of the intersection shows the changes.

The estimated cost of work is $250,000, paid by the Street Fund’s asphalt and pavement preservation budget.
