New road construction extending Horton Road west as a secondary urban arterial with sidewalks, bike lanes, illumination and turn lanes. This will provide an east-west connector from Meridian to Northwest Drive.
There is no funding identified for this project.
Status
Accomplishments: Reviewed 30% concept design.
As of 2021, the project is on hold indefinitely until future growth requires additional action.
