Beginning April 6th, 2022 the City of Bellingham will be transitioning to hybrid bid openings. The City will continue to broadcast bid openings via Zoom, at the link found at cob.procureware.com. Masks will be required for all in-person attendees.
Most bid openings are held at the Public Works Operations building at 2221 Pacific St. Check your bid documents to verify.
To ensure security to the public and our employees we will require that all visitors to the Public Works Operations building sign in and receive a visitors badge before entering the building.
If you plan on attending a public bid opening please allow yourself adequate time to sign in and receive your visitor’s badge. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.
Bids will continue to be accepted at the front counter.
