POUND: Rockout-Workout!

POUND™ is a full body workout combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Join Kaitlyn Sacco of Mind Body & Soul Fitness as she leads you through this cardio jam session inspired by drumming. We’ll supply RipStixTM, lightly weighted drumsticks that are made for exercising and yoga mats. This workout is easily modifiable and designed for all fitness levels. Let loose, tone up, gain energy, and rock out with POUNDTM!
