Located in north Bellingham, this once industrial site has been transformed into a space filled with 36 acres of recreational opportunities and enhanced habitat. Near the park entrance there is a large playground that will keep the kids busy for hours on slides, climbing structures, swings and even a zip line. For those learning to ride bike or skateboard there is a skate dot to practice balancing. Venturing further into the park, visitors will find an off-leash dog park, basketball courts and ballfields. Walkers, runners and cyclists can hop on a trail where they can chose to go to the waterfront, Birchwood Park or Cornwall Park. Before leaving make sure to visit the Willow Spring Salmon Enhancement project.
