Rates

You can rent a locker for a few hours or to a maximum of 10 days. Users pay 5 cents per hour, like a parking meter. If you exceed your purchased time, you are charged 12 cents per hour. Bikes left in lockers longer than 14 days are considered abandoned and subject to impoundment.

Credit on the app is purchased in $5 increments to reduce the number of credit card fees and service fees charged to users.

FAQ’s

You can check online for availability, but lockers cannot be reserved ahead of time. They are operated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The lockers are big enough to fit a standard bicycle or ebike but cannot accommodate cargo bikes or additional trailers.

The lockers at the Commercial Street Garage are a little bigger so may be able to fit a slightly wider bicycle.

The bike lockers are meant for storage of human powered and electric transportation devices, such as bikes, scooters, or other similar modes of transport, and related gear (helmets, bike shoes, etc).

Any other use of the lockers is prohibited.
