Candid Candidates – Climate Action Forum

Join Peak Sustainability Group and nine City of Bellingham candidates for an evening of climate-action conversation at your favorite local beer garden! On Monday, September 25th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Boundary Bay Brewery & Bistro, Peak Sustainability is hosting an engaging event where two mayoral and seven city hall candidates will be discussing their perspectives and plans for bolstering climate action in our community.
This candidate forum is unique in that the candidates’ responses are pre-recorded and have been assembled into a short video which will be premiered at the event. Most of the candidates will attend in person, but instead of being up on stage, they’ll be in the audience watching with us! You will have opportunity to mingle with your future representatives and other climate-conscious community members while enjoying a local brew and slice of pizza (for $5 a slice). See you there!
The video will be played from approximately 5:30 to 6 p.m.
Can’t make it on the 25th? No problem! Although this video will be premiered at the event, it will be posted online the following day so that anyone can view it at their convenience. We hope you can join us at the event, but if not, we’ve got you covered.
