Public comment period recordings have moved
Recordings of the public comment periods can now be found at our meetings page Links to the recordings are provided alongside each regular meeting entry. After May 11, 2026, this page will no longer be updated.
The Bellingham City Council provides a public comment session at the end of each regular evening meeting agenda.
Members of the public will have three minutes to speak to Council members on topics of their choice. Agendas for each meeting provide details about how to participate. General public comments may also be provided via email to ccmail@cob.org.
Advance sign-up to speak during a public comment period is required. Sign up sheets are available outside the Council chambers doors beginning at 6:30 PM on meeting days. Sign up sheets are collected when the meeting begins at 7:00 PM
