The Arne Hanna Aquatic Center is available to rent to a maximum of 200 participants, with limited capacity in each pool. Reservations are available Saturdays: 6:15 – 7:15 pm or Sundays: 10:30 – 11:30 am, 11:45 am – 12:45 pm, or 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm.

Facility Reservation Procedure
Reservations must be reserved and paid for at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the date requested to allow appropriate planning for scheduling staff and equipment. Please call our front desk at 360-778-7665 or stop by the facility to book your rental.
Cancelations and Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund (minus a $25 administrative fee), the renter must notify the Arne Hanna Aquatic Center at no less than 30 days prior to the event date.
- Fees are non-refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the event.
- Reservations may be transferred to another day one time for a $25 administrative fee, with at least 5 days’ notice prior to the reservation.
