Parent and instructor stand about 6 feet apart, cue the child then push the child toward the parent in a gliding motion.
Drafting with Breathing
Parent drafts the child with the face in the water for 3 seconds, regains support, cues the child to breathe and repeat while child is comfortable and happy.
