Bloedel Donovan Building Renovations, Electrification, and Stormwater Improvements

Silver Beach Neighborhood Rezone

The City is considering making changes related to multi-family properties in the Lake Whatcom watershed. The changes would affect certain multi-family zoning densities. City Staff also analyzed and proposed a recommendation to revise the impervious surface limits and stormwater management regulations pertaining to multi-family development and redevelopment.

2024 Playground Package – Bloedel Donovan Park & Rock Hill Park Playgrounds

The existing playground equipment in both parks is tired and weather-beaten. Both playgrounds were installed in 1999. Rock Hill’s playground lacks ADA access.
