Silver Beach Neighborhood Rezone

This map of the Silver Beach Neighborhood shows zone designations for each area.

The City is considering making changes related to multi-family properties in the Lake Whatcom watershed. The changes would affect certain multi-family zoning densities. City Staff also analyzed and proposed a recommendation to revise the impervious surface limits and stormwater management regulations pertaining to multi-family development and redevelopment.

2024 Playground Package – Bloedel Donovan Park & Rock Hill Park Playgrounds

The existing playground equipment in both parks was tired and weather-beaten, and Rock Hill’s playground lacks ADA access. Both playgrounds were originally installed in 1999.
