The Cordata neighborhood includes an area of approximately 640 acres that is subject to compliance with rules and regulations that are comprised of the Cordata Business Park planned unit development (PUD). The documents used to review development for compliance with the PUD include the following:
- Cordata PUD boundaries
- Cordata Business Park Master Plan
- Cordata Business Park Development and Design Guidelines
- Protective Covenants of Cordata Business Park
- Cordata Business Park PUD Amendment #2 application (specifically for properties generally north of Horton Road)
