The proposed update to the Waterfront District Subarea Plan will account for changes that have occurred since its original adoption in 2013. The City Council docketed REZ2018-0002 in May of 2018, and the legislative process for this update will begin on February 21, 2019.

March 21, 2019 – Work Session
The Commission held a work session to continue the consideration of the amendments to the Waterfront District Subarea Plan where, after discussion the materials, made a recommendation of approval and forwarded the plan to City Council for their consideration and decision.
